At New Directions Career Center, our programs and services are open to all women. We don’t believe there is a typical or stereotypical client. We are champions, allies and advocates for all who walk through our doors in our mission to break down barriers and help our clients succeed. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into our culture to benefit our clients, employees, board and community, and we prioritize better understanding the complexities of diversity, equity, and inclusion and holding ourselves accountable as an organization.

We may not always be perfect, but we are purposeful and welcome any insight our clients and the community can give us as we continue on our mission.
