What is the E³ Program?
E³ (Educate, Empower, Elevate) is designed for women who are ready to increase their financial independence by furthering their education or professional training. The 10-week preparation program explores the following:
- Goal setting and planning your educational track
- Resources to finance college and/or training certification programs
- Self-care practices to sustain your wellness
Classes are facilitated by NDCC staff and community partners in an in-person and virtual learning experience.
E³ is a supportive and kind learning community, a cohort of diverse women ready to thrive in their personal and professional goals.
What are the Eligibility Requirements?
- For women 18+ with at least a high school diploma/GED
- Must be seeking to further education and training to increase financial independence
AND
- Successfully complete the application, orientation, and academic assessment
- Have a strong desire and intention to enroll in college or a training certification program
- Available time commitment to complete assignments outside of class
- Have access to the internet/Wi-Fi technology
Fee: No-Cost. Yes, it’s FREE. All we need is your commitment. You MUST complete the admission application and enrollment process to participate.
Upon completion, you will be contacted by an NDCC staff member to schedule an orientation and program overview via Zoom.
When Does the Program Start?
Course Dates: Registration for 2024 is now closed.
Class Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Class Times: 5:45PM – 8:15PM
(Hybrid – In-person & virtual)
*All in-person classes will be held at New Directions Career Center.
