What is the Program?

E³ (Educate, Empower, Elevate) is designed for women who are ready to increase their financial independence through education and training. The 12-week course explores the following:  Education & Training Preparation, Career Assessments & Planning, Personal Enrichment & Wellness, and Financial Planning. Classes are facilitated by NDCC staff and community partners in a kind, supportive in-person and virtual learning experience.

What are the Eligibility Requirements?

  • For women 18+ with at least a high school diploma/GED
  • Must be seeking to further education and training to increase financial independence


  • Successfully complete the application, orientation, and academic assessment
  • Have a strong desire and intention to enroll in an education or training program (does not have to be a 2- or 4-year college)
  • Available time commitment to complete assignments outside of class
  • Have access to the internet/Wi-Fi technology

Fee: No-Cost. Yes, it’s FREE. All we need is your commitment. You MUST complete the admission application and enrollment process to participate.

Upon completion, you will be contacted by an NDCC staff member to schedule an orientation and program overview via Zoom.

Class Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Class Times: 6PM – 8:30PM
