Your Employment Success (YES) is New Directions Career Center’s signature program. Designed by women, for women, it connects participants with the resources they need to succeed in a small group environment that is supportive, inclusive and affirming. Women graduate from this 6-week program with a customized career plan and the opportunity for increased financial stability.
