YES Career Program

What is YES?

Your Employment Success (YES) is New Directions Career Center’s signature program. The career development course is designed by women for women. Participants are given support to identify their employment needs and develop a customized career plan that works for them. The holistic curriculum focuses on the following components: goal setting, career exploration, self-marketing, self-compassion and self-care – all in a supportive, inclusive, and affirming small-group environment.

NEW Course Dates: April 16 – May 23, 2024

Class Days: Tuesdays/Thursdays

Course Time/Location: 9:30AM – 12PM, Hybrid (In-Person and Virtual Classes)

All classes are facilitated by New Directions staff and community partners in a positive learning community via Zoom or in-person classrooms.
